Mediation and Arbitration

Mr. Tupper began his career as a litigator. In that role, he has served as lead counsel at the trial court level in both state and federal courts, South Carolina’s Court of Appeals, and the South Carolina Supreme Court. His litigation experience includes the representation of plaintiff’s cases, construction defense, family law and other civil matters.
